Paul Ives - VP Research & Development at IFDS/DST

Paul Ives is a Vice President at IFDS Canada, responsible for DST's Research & Development group. In that role, he is responsible for fostering and guiding the creation of breakthrough new products and services for DST.

A member of DST's family of companies since 1997, Mr. Ives' specialties include bleeding edge technology navigation, technology evaluation, imaginative application of technology to business, cross-functional team management, enterprise architecture and software development management using new methods and technologoes.

Albert Ma - Chief Innovation Offier, Insigma Hengtian Software,Ltd.

Mr. Albert is the Chief Innovation Officer of Insigma Hengtian Software, Ltd. He has over 25 years of IT management and software development experience. Before joining Hengtian, Mr. Ma was the Chief Information Officer of the State Street Technology Center for several years in Hangzhou, China. He was the core team member in setting up the IT operation locally and migration of strategic applications to the Hangzhou office. Mr. Ma graduated from the University of Queensland with a Masters Degree in Technology Management and an MBA from the University of Hall. He is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified IT Professional. As the company's Chief Innovation Officer, Mr. Ma manages the R&D and innovation activites of the company. He makes leading research efforts in technical solutions in Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Mobile, Machine Learning and Software Engineering Automation.

Ozgur Amac - CTO, Soteria Networks Inc.

Özgür Amac is a proven technology leader with superb problem solving skills and fast learning capability. He is a vital member strong on visible impact in any team he worked with. Well known for his creativity and sense of ownership in his 15 years’ professional life serving customers in manufacturing, energy, transportation and financial (in particular) industries, he has effectively orchestrated, led and delivered high impact and quality software solutions with time and resource constraints. He is a mentor and an active participator of test driven software development process with the goal for maximum ease of usability and visible impact. Özgür is an expert in web, cloud and information security technologies across various platforms. Özgür obtained his bachelor degree of computer science from Texas A&M University and master degree of computer science from NorthEastern University.
